Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Around that time, you can expect an email letting you know your order is on the way.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within three miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.  

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING RATES

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days after processing, using USPS, UPS, OR FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier, and are determined given the parcel's weight and dimensions, and the customer's shipping address. A handling fee is added to the shipping cost, and is a percentage of the base shipping cost.

Orders that are over $75 qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
